Online Orders

The easiest and fastest way to register ClearBox Server is online using credit cards. The ordering pages are on a secure web site that encrypts all transmitted credit card data according to the secure HTTP protocol. As soon as we are notified that your order has been processed, we send you via email License Key which will register your copy of ClearBox Server.

Purchase Orders

Our partner, eMetrix.com, accepts purchase orders for us from qualified corporations and organizations. You can submit the purchase order to them by fax (801-497-9456) or mail (see address below.) They cannot accept purchase orders by email. Please note that they can only accept purchase orders with pricing in US Dollars.

Please include complete information including the product you wish to purchase (see the table below), your billing address, phone number, etc. You MUST include an email address for product delivery.

Fax Orders

Check/Money Orders

Click here to go to the check order form. Fill out the applicable information, and send the form with payment to the address located at the top of the form. Please note that we can only accept checks or money orders in US Dollars drawn from a US bank.

Please read this carefully:

You will be given a License Key to turn evaluation copy of the product into a full version.

If you haven't got your License Key within a reasonable amount of time (usually 24 hours for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please notify us! We apologize for any inconvenience caused by possible delays. The problem me be caused by your mail server blocking the license key attachments.

If you already have the evaluation copy of ClearBox Server installed on your system you don't need to download it again, unless you have an older version (check Downloads page for updates).
